this was a horrible situation, outdated hotel, many staff members did not speak English and could not communicate with m the mattress pad was dirty when I asked to change it, multiple people had to inspect the situation and ultimately it could not be done. I needed to switch rooms, and then when I returned from a night out, there was no power and left the facility! the location was convenient to Asbury Park.
Bad They didn't clean my room or provide clean towels or change the linen. When I spoke with the clerk at the front desk. They claimed this was a CDC new regulations
dirty The staff at the desk was not friendly; the bathroom had pubic hair on the floor; the tub faucet was coming off the wall; the tub did not drain well; there was black mold in the tub grout; microwave was dirty; no stopper in the sink; bottom dresser drawer did not close. the location was convenient

my mother’s room had no towels. my room had towels but were stained and dirty looking. the pillows were old and smelly.
Spend the extra money to stay somewhere decent People at the desk didn't know how to take my card My room card randomly stopped working Noise between walls was borderline unbearable Heard crashes all night Room smelled like a dispensary the entire stay Way over priced for its amenities Breakfast eggs had some green slime on bottom of them It existed
I was worried for my health staying at this facility. Stains on sheets and towels. Mold in shower and on shower curtain.
Terrible management!!! When we checked in nobody was there for over a half hour at the front desk. Then our refrigerator was broken so we asked to have it replaced and they gave us another refrigerator that was broken. We waited for them to replaced the refrigerator which didn’t work. We called for the third refrigerator and that didn’t work at all.So much wasted time. Owner is obviously cheap!!! All our beverages were warm and the food we bought spoiled. Easy 50 dollars wasted.
