Good location. Very nice interior. Good singer but music sometimes too loud. Our party of 9 was unhappy with lack of transparency and surprising upcharges. Examples: charging $50 for water when we thought it was tap water; asking children if they want another coke but not clear it was a new charge; added meatballs to child's pasta when ordered but it almost doubled the cost of the entre; implied a slice of cake was comped for birthday celebrant but then charged $26; also $45 for crab salad which was described as a "special a... read more

Too expensive for the value and the ambience; I don’t recommend it
The worst anniversary dinner ever experienced. We specifically asked for a vegan cake and they confirmed that it will be done. We confirmed not once but twice and both times they said yes it will be done. We get there and the staff says sorry there was confusion we got a gluten free cake. Ruined our anniversary celebration. Didn’t even offer a substitute or a discount. Nothing.

Aman as we communicated we tried to accommodate your special request but were not able to so we offer you complementary sorbetto. You guys shared two vegan pasta dishes and Your wife and your two children were very rambunctious, disrespectful to our team. You will not be allowed back into our establishment. We don't condone that behavior.
Upon arrival, four different people asked me if I had reservations and I had to tell them again and again and again that yes I did and “this was the fourth time someone had asked me that.” The service and interaction by the bartender and operations manager at the bar was very lacking. We had an amazing time!!!!!! Adam was A M A Z I N G. The food was amazing and everyone else was amazing too!
Wife and I waited more than 45 minutes for our order to be taken after being seated. Our order was only taken when we called out to the server to help us, after which it took about another 40 minutes for our food to be ready. This would have been fine if our order was taken sooner - I understand it takes time for food to be made - but it would have been avoided if our order was taken after 20-30 minutes of waiting instead of >45 minutes. Slow service. Tables next to us were also looking around trying to get some service. Most of the time my glass was empty. Would be nice to have a drink while we wait. Took 2 hours for the entree to finally arrive. Unfortunately we were no longer hungry. Asked for the check which took another hour. We spent 3 hours and $500 for 2 appetizers and 2 drinks and to pack our entree to go. Server acted surprised that when we asked for the check and asked if the food was bad. It’s not the food, it’s the service.
We were a table of four and we were in a round booth so it made it hard for conversation. Noise level is very high so it added to the challenge of hearing one another. To be fair, they did offer us another table and we declined as we were already seated.
We were not seated in the main dining room even though there was room. Air conditioning was blasting. Service was mediocre. Split salads were not put in separate plates. Wine was not a good value, priced at four times retail. This was my fourth time. The other three times were great. I had guests in from out of town and everyone was very disappointed
