Ok place, food was good, portions size comfortable so YOU still have space for appetizer and/or dessert. Service is not at the level of this establishment. Server was kinda short when we disclosed that we don’t drink alcohol (do we need to proclaim to the whole world that we are dealing with cancer to get the same service as when we drink alcohol?!), to the bartenders credit - server did bring us from bar a delicious Mocktail. Some food is great other is not. It’s definitely overpriced even by Dallas standards for what you get
Very disorganized and chaotic service- felt like a first day, but it isn’t/ wasn’t. The staff were very kind though obviously overextended. Poor communication and delays or missed orders at multiple tables while we were there. Team attempted to recover, but at the end of the day, this was poor execution with a vibe/ ambiance that is superficial at best, including dress code permitted in the dining room. Food was good but not memorable. Cocktails overpriced. Overall I didn’t find the experience was worth the hefty price tag.
Horrible execution of menu items. Service was too pushy on up selling. Overall experience very disappointing. Recipes were incongruent- the flavors were non existent. Ie, shrimp overcooked until mushy, pasta was inferior on execution. Will not be back.
Ugh. What an experience. Kinda like being at a bad Italian wedding in the Bronx. Place is super loud, a don’t expect to talk in a regular tone kind of loud. Then the live music. The food was terrible and way over priced. The only good thing was the $300 bottle of wine. Meatballs were dry and were supposed to be higher quality beef. Oysters were ok. Lobster pasta was nothing fancy and expensive. The eggplant pasta was not bad- but nothing great. The portions were small and we knew it would be- but the quality was a bummer. We were excited to try it- but were disappointed.
Food was very good, wait staff was reasonably attentive. Singer was a nice touch. They definitely have a section for the “less lovely “ customer. It seemed to be based on appearance and attire. They list attire as casual. We evidently did not meet the loveliness standard and were steered to an inferior table in an inferior section. And it was obvious the host was placing the less beautiful people in this section. I will never return.
