The staff of La Strada is competent and considerate. All work very hard to make the guest's visit an "experience", instead of just a meal. Adjectives like "unobtrusive", "polite", and "concerned" fit perfectly. Food portions are very adequate, so some eaters might want to split meals. Respectfully submitted. The food and atmosphere at LaStrada are both excellent but, the fact that you can get Ferrara Carano wine at prices that I cannot get back home in Chicago is the best part. We will continue to visit La Starda on every visit and recommend to our friends.
Veal parmigiana was a thick, juicy bone - in cutlet with a wonderfully light marinara sauce . . . service was attentive without being intrusive
Michael made experience great as soon as we walked in. He was awesome. He recommended a dish which we got and it was so good just like he said it would be.
Each meal is carefully prepared, and lovingly served, especially for you.
Our reservations is on Feb. 5th.
LA STRADA CONTINUES TO BE THE BEST. FOOD IS OUT OF THIS WORLD. SERVICE IS IMPESSABLE ESPECIALLY CHRIS.
Had a great meal and the service was outstanding. The only complaint I would say is don't allow reservations for a time 5 min before the kitchen closes made us feel a little rushed.
Wonderful dinner with my husband 2 daughters son-in-law and 3 grand kids. Food was fantastic, service incomparable, and the birthday song was something I've never had before! Staff was great with the 2 6 year olds and 8 year old, suggesting and accommodating their food tastes with patience and humor. My husband daughter and son-in-law had the "tasting menu" and were beyond pleased with it. My daughter has degrees in culinary arts and management and is a confessed foodie and she ranked LaStrada as one of her best experiences.... read more
