They gave us a smaller portion of salad than the other tables that ordered the same thing. We asked for another basket of bread and they took 20 minutes. After dinner when they were packing our food into a to go box, they took our basket of bread we were still working on. I would’ve like it if they had put our leftover bread in the Togo box, or at least ask if we were done yet before taking it. It felt like they were being cheap and spiteful because we wanted two baskets of bread.

I’ve been to this restaurant several times and it’s always been very good. This time my wife and I went and we were both very disappointed. Our 300$ dinner and the best part was the 20$ desert. It started out with us not even being sat in the EMPTY restaurant we were sat just behind the check in podium. Then My wife ordered the rack of lamb and it was way over cooked and just disappointing. Sadly, not a good experience this time. The seafood in papillote (paper bag) was completely tasteless. The potatoes tasted like dirt. The pasta (both types ordered) were bland. The only good part of the meal was the iced tea.

Mediocre overpriced Italian food and drinks. Ordered fried calamari with shrimp. Got fried calamari with one single shrimp. Brought it to the attention of the waiter who said they would do something. They didn't. Pastas were lackluster. Food came tepid and seemed to be under a heat lamp too long. Would not go back.

It seems like this restaurant is staffed by high school students from check in at the podium to the bar to the service. The food was so disappointing. One diners dish looked like a pile of melted plastic, the others was a plate of salty, packaged brown sauce and mine was a bowl of bland orecchiette. The server ultimately removed two of the dishes off the tab - that’s how bad it was. Super noisy kitchen and back area. Would suggest staying away from the restaurant if you have a chance. Very disappointing experience.

Was expecting more from this restaurant. Food was cold and flavorless. It wasn't very busy and yet the staff was slow and forgot drink orders. Server was pleasant though and tried their best. Definitely would not return.
27 degrees outside. And in the restaurant, they had a/c blasting. People, including ourselves were moving to get away from a vent several times. Even our waiter had long johns on. Really made it a undesirable place to dine. I rarely get cold, but I went back to the room to put on a long sleeve shirt. Was glad when the meal was finished to get out of there.
