Unfortunately, this restaurant’s quality has declined. We ordered two new dishes that were ravioli dishes. The crab stuffed dish tasted incredibly fishy as though the fish was out of a can. The other tomato meat based dish lacked flavor and was the equivalent to chef boyardi. While we don’t mind paying, we would prefer eating somewhat edible food. We were very excited about trying this restaurant, unfortunately the food was not anything to rave about:( just ok not worth the expense. Although the service by Christopher was exceptional!

La Strada used to be excellent, but all that has changed! I ordered veal saltimbocca and got 3 pieces of veal on a plate with some chopped spinach….that is definitely not saltimbocca!! My husband ordered ossobuco which turned out to be meat it a greasy bed of rice…awful! On top of all that they charged $19.50 for a Ketle One martini? Yikes, we won’t be returning and we live within walking distance!

Left without eating out meals, over cooked pasta for one dish, cold gnocchi for another, chicken parm that has zero flavor and clearly has been sitting under the pass for way too long. We talked to the manager who made no apologizes, just took the plates then offered us dessert menus. She comped our meal, but treated us like we were wrong. We were also charged for the wrong bottle of wine, but at that point we just wanted to leave so paid and left. Starving.

Went for our anniversary dinner, hostess seemed bothered that she was there. Original server was very quick and proper. We ordered drinks and an appetizer of the prosciutto wrapped praws. The dra Prawns were okay, I wasn't impressed. We had a different server that ended up taking over. She was fine but it seemed like she didn't want to take any other tables on. Not a very good experience. Service was lackluster and they didn’t have the full menu available

Don’t order the Lasagna. We’ve been going here for YEARS. It used to be a decent portion. This time, the serving we got was literally 4 in square, by no more than 2 inch high. It was a tiny block of lasagna swimming in sauce…I even had a manager look at it and confirm that this was their new portion. Our server was top notch. However the cook messed up my husband’s order luckily our server graciously comped his meal. The food honestly was mediocre. Prices for a glass of wine and a cocktail are way over priced as well as the cost of the food and what you get. I know things are expensive right now but 2 slices of veal, 3 pieces of asparagus, 1 tiny slice of zucchini, and four pieces of baby Potato for $34 $20 for a French 75, $13 for a small glass of Cabernet.
