Poor customer service. Our waitress needed a crash course in serving 101.

The reservation was for 8:15 p.m. We arrived 10 minutes early, and we're told by the hostess they were behind and to have a seat in the Bar area where she would come get us when the table was ready. At 8:40 I heard my name being shouted from the Hostess podium outside the bar area. I quickly gathered my things and went to the podium to find a Supervisor type person giving my table away because I apparently took about 12 seconds to run to her yelling of my name into the hotels corridors. When I make a reservation and arrive a bit early or on time I'm expecting my reservation to mean something. We arrived a few minutes early and waited 40 minutes with no notification a table was available. We approached the hostess and said we would be leaving to eat elsewhere after waiting 40 minutes. Miraculously, a table was ready. The food was okay, the server was silly to the point of being obnoxious. Not a very fun evening and we won't return.

maybe just a bad night for La Strada service was the worst we order a second round of drinks with our dinner (4 people at our table) never came out we sent food back cause it was cold and to salty i had the chicken parm ask for some extra gravy on the side never came out and the funny thing after i finish eating a waiter comes over and ask me if i wanted grated cheese on my meal i was already done eating . i will say thank you to Tommy and Michael for seeing the problem and taking care of the meal a worker did come over to m... read more

We usually really like dining here, this time not so much. Our server Christopher was charming. The food was very good. The ambience was terrible. The couple behind us listened to television shows at full volume, the table in front of us listened to the football game on 2 phones at full volume. They were never asked by staff to turn the volume down. Finally other guests had to go to their tables to ask. It was not a relaxing dining experience. I finally just had my food boxed to go and I’ll rethink coming back.

The quality of food, and even a wine flight was disappointing. The main dining area was loud (we were positioned near a speaker, so that didn't help), as well as being scuffed-up and unattractive (the restaurant uses what appears to be a buffet space). The service was slow, and they appeared to be understaffed. The salad was good, but otherwise, I would definitely suggest finding an alternative.

We made a reservation a month ago for La Strada, expecting to be seated inside the cozy confines we've experienced in the past. But, no, we were placed in 'the annex,' which was part of another "casual" restaurant years ago. No ambiance, loud, impersonal. We did receive very good service from our waitress, Lea. Caveat emptor!
