Hotel/ great! Casino/ sucked I had a few issues with the room but they took care of it quickly!! I like the hotel but the casino is a different story.. very rude staff

Room Price. Arrived at the prierty at 3pm could not check in until 4 no staff at checkin desk Nowhere to store bags. No time to gamble or shop JUST WAIT.

Very nice hotel in a great spot right next to Bally's and Monarch. Great dining options right next door as well. Definitely chose this hotel over spending a gazillion dollars on Monarch. The only downside of this hotel was there were not any front desk staff, so you had to check in through a kiosk. Otherwise, lovely little hotel.

I read negative reviews regarding the rooms. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The check in process was extremely frustrating as there was nobody there to check us in. The kiosk check ins weren't working. We had to walk all the way over to the Isle to check in. Other than that it was a great stay.

Shorthanded at the Lady Luck No front desk people so had to go to The Horseshoe to check in and out. Room was great so overall happy with stay
