Underwhelming The room and facility are nice, clean and maintained. The service level is subpar because there is near no staff. The staff that is available are severely overwhelmed and do not have the ability to answer questions accurately. I called a week ahead to inquire about a Lan connection in the room and the ability to display my computer on the television. I was informed there was a lan and I could plug into the television. When I arrived at 9:40, I had to go buy a monitor for my computer, at a Walmart 30 minutes awa... read more

Incredible Trip The trip for me was amazing. Every employee I interacted with was kind and helpful emitting the best of customer service. I would particularly like to point out Linda, one of your dealers at the Horseshoe. She was the perfect picture of a glowing employee. I enjoyed interacting with her for the brief time I was able to do so. I wish I was still there and did not have to return home. I will certainly be back, hopefully much sooner than later. Thank you so much for everything.
