The facility was clean enough; however, they only clean between guests. We had to ask every day for coffee, cups, TP, towels, etc. We did not need bed linens changed and did not ask for that, but if you are staying for for nights, you need more than 2 cups and 2 keurig coffees. No one works the front desk and there are never any carts for luggage to be found. No close place for coffee or food.

Last minute decision Last minute decision after driving 15+ hours to go to red rocks amphitheater. Hotel was very reasonably priced and in an excellent location near multiple casinos. If we ever come back to Colorado we will definitely stay here again.

Ive stayed in a few places up here... they are all decent. Food is much better at the monarch, but ive never disappointed anywhere up here.

No customer service! Hotel was fine, room was clean and quiet. I am not a fan of Kiosk check in. Yes it was fairly easy but not once did we have interaction with a hotel employee. I wasn’t able to ask a question, we weren’t directed to our room, nothing! It felt like we were in an abandoned building. So obviously, no customer service.

No employee at check in. Long lines checking in through another hotel. Room keys not activated. Had to return to desk from the 11th floor to get new key.
