Very Good Didn't like the mattress - it wasn't very comfortable for me. The main issue though was that there was absolutely no stuff manning the front desk, both during my arrival (late in the evening) and during the check out. There was a sign pointing to automated kiosks saying to use them for check in. But both of them were not working. After waiting for quite a while somebody passed by and suggested to go to the front desk of another hotel in the next casino which is located on the opposite end of the same building. Wonderful Didn't like the key cards it was hard to get the room or the elevator to turn green. Also didn't like that the only free drinks were just certain ones. I only drink Crown and it was not free. So I didn't get a free drink. Room was very clean and it was very handy using the parking elevator to get your stuff to the room. Liked being able to walk from Lady luck to the Horse shoe.

Pleasant There was NO staff to help, answer questions. I'd asked for an easy chair for my husband (who has back trouble & doesn't sleep in a bed), and there was only a desk chair. However, our friend stumbled onto an employee & she hooked us up with a chair from the lobby. There was NO cart available when we checked in & I was instructed to go to the Isle of Capri to get a cart.(There is no Isle as name had changed to Horseshoe but as a tourist I had no idea.) Comfortable, quio, with convenient parking. Check in sucks. No one at the desk. Kiosks check in and out. Resort fee? No pool no spa, this is a hotel, not a resort. Price and location are good.
