Very Good There was no one at the front desk when we checked in at 6 pm. We had to wake through the casino across the bridge to the front desk of another hotel. There were two other people who had to do the same. And the check in kiosks were either not working or did nof have clear instructions as to how to use them. The staff were great and accommodating!

Very Good Was advised by desk to check in at kiosk. Wouldn't take my new driver's license and after many failed attempts I was finally manually checked in by counter person
