Pleasant Was directed to kiosk to check on and nobody was attending the desk at check out and both kiosks were down. There was a phone on the counter and directions to phone the horseshoe desk to check out...no contact with actual people during my hotel stay, had to do it all myself Room was clean quiet and comfortable

I would stay again. The desk at Lady Lucky was not manned for check-in and we had to walk all through the Horseshoe to check-in.

Very Good No access to restaurants in casino. Clean, access to casino was Good. The only bad thing was Lady Luck had no available places to eat in their casino during the day and evening.

Marginal. Could net the damn kiosk machines to let me check out. Plus no would appeared to give a crap that I could not get checked out. Will not stay again. .good, staff was outstanding - Tom was is name in the. Framer Pick Cafe.
