The place was just what you needed Roman Reigns and well-kept pretty basic the casino floor in the games were good one problem with you at all the casinos right now is the rate staff on the floor is very weak

Simple but nice Always a nice stay. The room is worth the price. However with no amenities there is no reason for the resort fee.

Blackhawk-Lady Luck Hotel Our stay was awesome! The only issue we had was our room was cold when we stepped inside of it. I believe they were conserving energy.

Still a Great Stay This is the second time I’ve stayed at the Lady Luck. Room was clean. I stayed in the single king on the 10th floor. Lots of room and a huge bathroom. The room comes with a k cup coffee maker with enough for 2, 2 bottles of water and a fridge. The check in desk was open at 4 and I was able to get in my room right away.

Birthday Relaxation Trip There was no housekeeping until our last day after a 3 night stay. They came at 8:40am used their key wanting to come in, we had the lock on, thank goodness. The resort fee covered our coffee which was never refilled. By the way, there was hair on a towel, pillow on the bed and a few other places. Just lacking overall...
