There was never a front desk person to check us in it was all done by a kiosk. Also our room was ready before four what an extra $10 was going to be charged if you checked in before four. Not Very nice during the middle of the week with nobody and I mean nobody was there

Great except for checkin and checkout Everything was great except check-in and check-out. The check-in desk was unstaffed and directed you to two kiosks. One was frozen and there was a line behind the other as people tried to navigate the machine. At checkout it was even worse. Neither machine was responsive. I texted the digital concierge and it told me to text it SKIPTHELINE but when I did it gave no response. Totally unfriendly process.

Customer service front desk very friendly and made it easy for us to get rooms.

Had to check in at a kiosk. No one was at the desk. Charged an extra $10 to check in before 4pm. Room was nice and clean though.

Go somewhere else Check in was a joke. They have 2 kiosks to check in and 1 of them was out of service.. We had to wait in line for the kiosk that was working and while in line it stopped working. The person that was trying to check in had put their driver's license in the machine and it wouldn't give their drivers license back. We had to walk quite a ways to the Horseshoe to check in there instead. The beds were hard and the pillows were flat. The room was clean though.
