Very nice place Staff was very friendly and efficient; maintenance and cleaning personnel excellent. Very good accommodations.

Check in and check out personal was very rude when checking in I received a voucher for up stairs breakfast and they treated us also bad. Nice place to gamble but definitely not to stay customer service is very bad

Hotel good/Casino...not so much The hotel was good with good service. However, the casinos machines were very tight and they removed all the fun slots. I’m not sure if they removed all the good slots to prevent the ‘gathering’ of guests around due to the pandemic, but most of the slots here and throughout all of Blackhawk were very boring slots. On The rare times you got a bonus they all pretty much did the same boring thing. All the fishy slots, monopoly slots, little devil, Willy Wonka, etc.. were gone. After the pandemic ... read more
