It was noisy and not the cleanest. The bath tub needed cleaned and the toilet seat was about ready to fall off. The desk lady wasn’t very nice. Aside from those few things it was a fun stay.

No live person at check-in. I paid $10 to check in 1 hour earlier. Coffee maker did not make hot water. Bathtub did not drain well.

We now have our Check in Kiosks and we are glad that our guests are able to use them when and if we don't have Front Desk agent present :). We do apologize for the maintenance issues with the bathtub, thank you for letting us know so that we were able to fix that for you.

The hotel was overall OK. Our rooms AC did not work. We could hear creaking pipes all night. The elevator looks like it was experiencing technical difficulties, only one of the two elevators worked and the one that did work sounded like it was going to break soon… the room was clean & bathroom was nice. Easy access to casino strip

Great Value Very nice as a reasonably priced place to stay. They have added an AI concierge that texts and asks if you need anything. Also LOVED the new “Do Not Disturb” signs for our door-no one knocked! The bed was comfy. Could use a couple extra pillows and a way to get the room cooler at night.
