Rooms were spotless, beautiful and comfortable When we arrived the check in desk was closed. Had just spent 5 hours on motorcycles in a downpour. We were instructed to get on bike and travel to next hotel to check in. What?? Luckily we ran into another hotel guest who directed us to the location we needed to check in a block away(walking). However, after walking there we discovered the elevators and escalators were not operating. Long wait to check in then had to walk all the way back to our hotel. For a casino area it was very easy to access and parking was free. No breakfast or microwave in the room. Location.

nice hotel crappy customer service no one at front desk. had to walk through whole casino to another casino to check in then take luggage cart through casino which had isles blocked with trash cans trying to get around was difficult. The hotel is in a great location and beautiful views.

It was ok, kiosk didn’t work the best AC not very cool and air/room spelled like cigarette smoke, kiosk didn’t work very well for check in and didn’t work for check out had to call desk Nice room but ventilation or AC wasn’t good, smelled like cigarettes smoke
