Pleasant Checking in and out was a virtual nightmare. Followed signs for check in only to be confronted with a.kiosk check in machine. Did not recognize my ID, plus Booking .com did not provide a code for me either. Finally found phone - had to walk about two blocks through Casino to another check in place. Check in took at least hour or more! Check out was the same process. Food in the Casino was very limited as well. Room was great but checking in and out was a nightmare!

Exceptional The room is amazing. I love the bathroom, such a beautiful vanity. Easy access to and from the car.

One night stay A little trouble checking in. No one to check out. Had to use a kiosk.Hard to understand the printed receipt. The bathtub didn't want to drain.. The room was clean and comfortable.

It's okay nothing to get excited about that's for certain!! The place is a bit dated and the view on one side is awful you get to look at a big retaining wall that is very ugly!!!! The shower is very low on power. The refrigerator was not cold at all and it is wobbly and there is no microwave in the room that would be a big improvement!! The hair dryer in my room didn't work and the bathroom lights kept losing power for some reason for about 15 minutes. It was pleasant and the casino's looked very clean and professional. No check in clerks at front desk when we arrived. Darcy at the Isle check in did a great job of helping us out and answering all of our questions. Breakfast was ok but their restaurant was closed. We ate at the Dash Cafe but the service was slow. The new kiosk for breakfast was nice but the staff seemed unorganized?
