Overall the motel was good, i went to check after the designated time of 3pm. The people directly before me checked in and were given their keys, after Charlie took all my information she told me to come back in an hour because no rooms were ready. No apologies of any sort. When i returned an hour later there was a line. A woman in front of me was asking how much of a hold on her credit card, Charlie said usually one cent or a dollar.
