room smelled like cigarette smoke, had to sleep with the window open.

The casino was to hot. Lines were to long for places to eat. There was no one at the counter to check people out in the morning.

Room was dated. Too warm even though turn to cool on high fan. Window was stuck so can't even open it. Can hear next door's chat so there goes a good night sleep. Won't come back again

1. Bathroom floor dirty 2. Valve to move water from bath to shower was stuck 3. Menu and guide buttons on TV remote inoperative 3. Hair dryer did not work, started smoking 4. No ice bucket lid 5. No do not disturb sign 6. 4 inch gap for window (on the 11th floor) opened to three feet. No screen, no safety latch 7. Rust flakes coming out of the faucet 8. No desk personnel up to and through check-out time. 9. Hand towel ring in bathroom broken 10. $11.00 charge for early (1 hour) check in

The staff was unresponsive. The place did not seemed cared for. No discount for no hot water due to storm. Doesn’t matter it’s their business problem . It shouldn’t be mine. I paid for hot water .
