1. Mold in the shower ceiling. I wondered why the bathroom door was shut. That's why. You smell it as soon as you open the bathroom door. It's not rocket science, THERE IS NOT VENTILATION IN THE BATHROOM. Therefore mold. 2. No one is at check in desk, self check in kiosks are broken and based on signage have been for a while. After driving for 11 hours expecting to be able to check into our room, we were told their cleaning staff was still not done cleaning the rooms. We were over an hour waiting. There were a number of guests also waiting. Mngmt really didn’t seem to care of the inconvenience.

Check in easy. Rooms were clean. I booked 4 rooms and all of us had rooms that were way too warm and the climate control would not cool them down. Everyone slept horribly because of this. Several went down and got fans at 1:00 AM just to try to get some sleep.

Long wait to check in. Only one attendant. Unexpected additional charges. Kiosks to checkout not working. No attendant to checkout. Have not yet received promised refund of deposit.

We did look into the matter of fees and deposit, and the only fee charged was the expected and agreed to Resort fee. The deposit has had the hold released, it was not charged and refunded and should show as not charged 3 to 5 business days after check out. Thank you and have great day.
The hallway was very loud sounds all night like a squeaking elevator, or a cart not sure what it was, but it was very annoying. Shower did not work and I had an appointment scheduled which I had to reschedule and finally the shower was fixed after two hours.- coffee pot didn’t work. Some of the outlets didn’t work in the room,not a real good experience.

I gave this hotel a 3 just because I arrive and there is only 1 front lobby worker and it was fairly quick for just him but 2 is sometimes better than 1. We had some issues with our tv and waited 30 mins before we went to the front desk and had to talk to the lobby person so we can resolve the issue. By the end of the day I return to my room to take a shower just to have a cold shower and after waiting for 10 mins just for it to warm up I decided to just take a cold shower. This place could be better.
