Our room was on the same side as the a/c units and the windows were old and sounded like they were open. They guy at the front desk was a jerk and very rude. Won't be staying here again.

2nd time staying here-- beds are horrible and old-- HOT DUG BUN.... plumbing is terrible!! LOUD, not very good -- rundown rooms!

The room was dirty. Hairs in the shower on the toilet. No restaurants. The dealers at the craps table were very rude to me. Over all. I would not recommend this hotel casino to any one

Hard to find someone at the check in desk and elevators were so slow. They never give back the hold they put on your card and the lady that answers phones is a super karen.

Check in time is 4 pm and there is no person at the check in desk even until 3 pm. There are self checkin kiosks that are difficult enough to do that I saw more than half of the people who tried to check in were told to walk to another building in the casino to find a staff member. Navigating around is difficult and the place is a giant brick building without windows. Maybe I just hate casinos but if you want to sit somewhere and have a drink and talk to friends this place sux.
