I liked the scenery. Very beautiful place. I disliked the lake of food places. Disliked the hidden fees with check in. Had to pay early checkin fee and deposit. The room they put me in had no ac very hot. No entertainment except to gamble.

I did not like that there was no check in front desk staff in the hotel. They had a kiosk for check in it wasn’t working, so I had to walk around the casino and it was confusing on where to go. The hotel itself is nice. Just wish that had front desk staff.

Hot. Air conditioner did not work. Nothing to put big suitcase on. No hangars in closet. No place to eat after 10 PM. Food prices outrageous. No front desk after 10 PM.No map of this casino that rambles from building to building. Very expensive for not offering even the basics.

Poor customer service, called for pillow and coffee pods, never brought to our room. Bathroom sink slow draining, every room we’ve had here has had the same slow draining sink. Check in wanted to charge us $10 to check in 1 hr early. Very unfriendly and unwelcoming check in woman. Probably will never stay here ever again.

My key wouldn’t work and there was no staff readily available we had to wait for someone to make me new keys to get into the room at 2am

Don’t waste your time! Stay anywhere else in Blackhawk or Central City! Stayed here three times and in the past the don’t even staff the hotel check-in area and they send you to the other hotel they own to check-in. It’s a complete inconvenience when you have to carry your luggage down an escalator thru the Casino just to get a room key then head back tru the Casino back up the escalator and then go find the elevators that go to your room. When we got there no one was at the check in. It took them 45 minutes to get there. Heating was broken. So we were cold. They said they would have to fix it later but that didn’t happen. Ask for more blankets and pillows and they were out. Poor service
