So much wrong with the staff and we couldnt get in out room at 1 am. It took the staff three hours before we got in our room. Horrible.

No hot water. keys were deprogrammed and had to walk forever to the front desk. Kiosk didn’t work

The room had obvious water damage and for the price was not up to par. Also wanted to take hot shower and the water temperature was not near warm enough. Also king size bed only had three pillows.

The bath tub was not draining and our heater was broken in our room. We told front desk they had sent maintenance up and they switched us rooms. I was hoping that they would accommodate us for the inconveniences but did not. At time of checkout I had asked if we could have a discount or some sort of compensation for the inconveniences.

The parking garage was easily accessible. Ability to walk between two casinos and not go outside. The food was good but service was extremely slow for the amount of people. One bed was horrible and U shaped and the pillows were flat

The rooms air conditioner did not work, the room was hot and we had the air conditioner fan on high and the coldest that it would go and it was still hot! So hot we didn’t sleep! The tub drain also drains really slow. I was going to tell the front desk check out but no one was there, we just had to drop the keys in the drop box.

There was no check in staff. Room was bad and old. Smelled bad. LOUD. Not a comfortable stay at all. There was no staff even to check in or help with this. No food service. almost all restaurants closed.
