We originally were supposed to stay at Lady Luck, but due to the computer system being down and the key system not working we ended up having to stay down at Isle of Capri instead. Since we parked by Lady Luck we had quite a walk back to our vehicle. The room we stayed in was located near the elevators. We constantly heard talking and a lot of noise with people going back and forth to the elevator since the 5th floor was full from the key situation. Hard to find a place to eat. Some places closed, others with limited hours. Likewise limited service at the front desk. Kind of felt that we were on our own.

So I made my reservation through Expedia where they charged me the same $11 fee that the Lady Luck Casino charged me. I think that is a rip off, if the Casino knows that this is happening then why are they charging you twice. I guess the solution is to go to the hotels site and just hopefully pay for it once, lesson learned.

Bugs in bed Had to move rooms.keys didnt work has 9 made. Will not stay again. Waiting 4 refund if trip that mngr wss giving us

The associate at check in was rude. Seemed highly irritated to be helping us with our check in.
