The sink and bath tub was clog up. No quick room service available to clean or switch rooms. And room service tried to open my room door at 9am and check out is at 11am. No one answered the phone.

uncomfortable Initially the front desk person was not courteous or much for conversation and acted like we were inconveniencing him to check in. Our keys just stopped working half way through our stay and we had to wait for new keys. The bed was so hard we did not sleep well at all. There were not enough blankets on the bed and the television did not offer options at all, forcing you to pay for something good to watch.

For the price you pay could be cleaner. Food crumbs by bed and sheet protector doesn’t even looked washed there are stains yuck !

It's like it was their first day. Fail! I tried to call room service multiple times both days because I wasn't given enough towels or pillows. I never got an answer. Room was dirty. Cops everywhere all night. Arresting people on my floor and in front of the hotel. Had to walk 20 minutes from our hotel to the Isle Hotel to check in because no one warned us that our hotel would be completely unstaffed. Horrible communication. Horrible service.
