Lady Luck lobby was closed so we had to find the Isle Hotel lobby to check which was on opposite side of parking area, down several floors, very hard to find. Room was nice except coffeemaker was broken, water just poured out of it. Light bulbs where missing so I had a problem reading directions on coffeemaker. Called front desk at 7:30am called back around 8:30, told coffeemaker should be coming to us ar

The toilet was running all night. And no answer at the desk , or if answered put on eternal hold .

Lady Luck is the smallest casino in Blackhawk. It did not have any restaurants and you had to walk over to the Isle to check in or out. The walls were paper thin and we heard every time the elevator opened. Also, the AC in our room didn't work but there was no feont desk person to talk to about it. It was clean and it was a room but certainly nothing special.

The room was not very clean, no tv remote, called front desk several times with no answer. We had to track someone down for remote. We were put in a room next to a squeaky elevator without being asked and heard the elevator all night long like a squeaky wheel turning every time it came to our floor. There was no one at front desk for check out or during our stay to complain.

Guests were up until 430am having a loud party, running in the halls,slamming doors, yelling, and cussing. Did not sleep at all and had to get up at 6am to leave for work. Front desk attempted to ask them to be quiet but the guests cussed at them also.

Worst hotel experience I've ever had in Black Hawk. First night, bathroom light didn't work which they fixed. First morning, light went out again while I was in the shower, and the coffee pot didn't work. Later on that day, my key didn't work and had to go to desk to have it fixed.

I want to hotel check in but no one no body in the front desk of Lady Luck Hotel so we have to call dial to someone to help no body answer until the second time we call and they say you have yo check in at isle casino so we have to walk for 15 minutes we are luggage I was crazy the walk with or luggage we have to cross the isle casino everyone looks as Because it wasn't another enter so we have to check in at isle Hotel and after we have yo walk again back to Lady Luck Casino to get to the hotel so we almost expended like on... read more
