Wednesday was horrible I was supposed to stay at L Wednesday was horrible I was supposed to stay at Lady luck but they were close so I had to go down to the aisle which was way down the way and then our room was not very clean there was blood on the toilet there was beer caps throughout the floor we had an infant who was crawling on the floor so it was not a safe condition and with Covid I was very uncomfortable because of the cleanliness that was not clean I am very disappointed would like to see a refund on my money

The blankets were simply 4 sheets and you could see grime on the bathroom sink. Not acceptable in the middle of a pandemic.

The front desk was closed. The signs direct to go to the poker room to check in. It was impossible to find. When I asked how to check in, I got barked at by each person I ask for direction. Then the front desk of Isle where they sent me was rude.I noticed they were rude to everyone. Won’t stay here again.

Air Conditioning was suspect/ no microwave The air conditioning in the room is not adjustable. The thermostat was 20+ years old and the room was so hot all night with no air flow. There was no microwave and the room was super stuffy. I’d recommend a more modern hotel if your staying for comfort, dated. No breakfast either . 4/10
