Not worth the money The beds were extremely stiff and they allotted one pillow per person that was flatter than a pancake. The walls are as thin as a paper board. The couple next door’s sex and arguments were audibly heard throughout the night. Every time someone flushed the toilet, washed their hands, etc. in the room next to our above, you were hearing it in the walls. Overall, the cost benefit of this place is just not there. Way to expensive for what you get.

A major oversight Check-in staff was rude and very unhelpful. We later found out duplicate keys were given out to multiple rooms that were already in use! That oversight is completely unacceptable for guests security, especially during a pandemic. Aside from this our stay was decent enough, but we will definitely be staying elsewhere on our next visit.

I'll never go back, the staff was some of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered as a hotel guest. I ended up sleeping in my car because of their lack of costumer service and proper preparation.

could have been better He room lacked some basic maintenance - is light bulb was missing from the bedside light, one was burned out in the bathroom, the tv remote didn’t work. The Isle Casino has extremely lax practices related to social distancing - machines were not disabled so people could move chairs right beside you and pull the “do not use” sticker off and play away.

I booked for Lady luck because I've stayed and loved it... But I ended up at Isle casino because that's where they put us our beds didn't have fitted sheets on them and they didn't look clean also crumbs along side the beds and walls I was so tired from driving 14 hrs so I just stayed. But I'm very unhappy never again.

I was woken up multiple times through out the night. The walls are thin and the people above me were sick throwing up and you can hear the coughing and multiple flushing of the toilet. It’s 6am and the alarm in the room went off which I did not set and that frustrated me. The lack of sleep was very unpleasant and I will not stay here again and I would not recommend it.
