I was not happy at all the first room they gave me was not clean at all the second room there were prints on the mirrors and the doors were nasty they had stuff all over them

It was 20 degrees with snow and wind and the hotel was too cheap to turn the heat on. Couldn’t even walk in the hallway much less gamble. No shows. No people. No big games. Not impressed after staying before. Lesson learned.

I don’t recommend place is not clean The bathroom tub was flooded and the carpet was dirty, when I saw the picture room was 2 couches and wasn’t any, the room was very small

When i had arrived I arrived to the hotel front desk being Closed with a sign advising all hotel checkins need to go to the aisle of capri front desk, so after walking towards the front desk of Isle of Capri I come up on two workers cleaning carpet looking around I didn't see any other way to go mind you after walking clear across two casinos not very small I walked back to Lady Luck and approach to a worker and asked where is checkin he advised me it's clear back the way I came and I come approach the same two workers clean... read more

Disappointed experience. We got to lady luck for our reservation. Unpacked the car with kid. Got to the door and the hotel apparently decided to close the lobby a few hours early. We were directed to the isle resort to check in. We packed up all of our luggage and went over there. Unpacked and went to lobby. We checked in but instead of giving us a room at that location they sent us back to lady luck. Packed up all the luggage in the car again and went back to lady luck.
