Exceptional when checking in, clerk told me room would be at the Horseshoe Casino hotel. Informed her I booked a room at Lady Luck. I was told no more rooms. Finally after my persistence she booked my at LadyLuck.
Wonderful Access to the elevators was somewhat confusing. Getting outside was also a challenge. Clean, spacious room. Friendly, responsive staff.

We made the experience because we wanted to have a good time The check in staff was horrendous. Literally scrolling on her phone while we were standing there, no one else in line. No maps of the property, no insight by the front door staff. We were told check out was between 11-12. Cleaners came in our room at 11:20 and said if we didn’t leave we were getting charged for another night. Rooms have no luxury at all, more than basic.
