East check-in process, friendly staff, room cleanliness
The room is spacious, staff was nice and the beds are comfortable. We didn’t like that the rooms are hot we couldn’t get the cool air to turn on so we had to sleep with the window open and our sink was clogged.
Room was basic, little pricey for older hotel and casino, but comfortable. Convenient access to two casinos throught skyways. Black Hawk is a cool city!

Easy late evening check in after the Super Bowl. No issues with room or cleanliness. Staff courtesy was great!
