Still a Great Stay This is the second time I’ve stayed at the Lady Luck. Room was clean. I stayed in the single king on the 10th floor. Lots of room and a huge bathroom. The room comes with a k cup coffee maker with enough for 2, 2 bottles of water and a fridge. The check in desk was open at 4 and I was able to get in my room right away.

Birthday Relaxation Trip There was no housekeeping until our last day after a 3 night stay. They came at 8:40am used their key wanting to come in, we had the lock on, thank goodness. The resort fee covered our coffee which was never refilled. By the way, there was hair on a towel, pillow on the bed and a few other places. Just lacking overall... The room was very clean with wonderfully refreshing bathroom towels. This is establishment is large and confusing to maneuver from one location to another. There were no maps or directions provided to assist in centering ones self and managing getting to/from rooms to elevators, parking garage, etc. Periodically there would be an overhead sign, which was not enough for this large building. Finally, it was difficult finding a place for breakfast in the establishment and town! Limited availabilities and before 11:00.
