Clean but poor service

We're sorry to read your review and regret that you sadly left the hotel with only a three star review. It is clear you did not experience Lady Luck Black Hawk at its best. We hope to have another opportunity to host you for a stay that truly exceeds your expectations.
Clean and comfortable but no service We went to check in about 930pm to find no one at the front desk with signs saying to checkin at kiosk. So any special requests we needed ie close to elevator for elderly guest didn’t happen. Never for any info about internet, directions, information on restaurants

Finding the front desk was difficult at first. Then they had a sign that said 'be back in 5 minutes' and it was really around 30
