Nice rooms..scarce staff Never any staff to check us in..no matter how we try to schedule checking. Have to go across casino w bags to horseshoe casino n hotel..where this trip 2 staff ..1 litterly had her rearend up towards my spouse..chatting away w private conversation w other staff. We tried calling for help at desk at lady luck, and were treated rudely n hung up on. NOT the first time! Clean. Quiet.good quality

Date night & stay 1. Felt like the casino(s) all have same machines. You have no idea why you won or lost. There were other things but not regarding lady luck It was just an alright trip. No hurry to return.
