We never saw anyone at the front desk in our entire stay. We checked in on a kiosk. Also not one single place to eat in the hotel. We had to go to the place next door. They only had a grab and go and a fine dining restaurant

Beautiful property, well kept and very clean. Easy parking and 3 casinos (including the property casino Lady Luck) within walking distance. Perhaps more, we didn’t venture too far. Bed was so very comfortable and room was beautiful and so nice. Mini fridge in the room was perfect. Would stay here again and again.

The rooms were outstanding, but the amenities (casino, restaurants) were lacking. Limited gaming options at the Lady Luck Casino with no places to eat on site. Had to visit the sister property (Horseshoe Casino) for table games and restaurants.

The room was ok…it was a king size bed with 3 small flat pillows. My husband and I ended up putting the bath towels under the pillows so that we could get enough support. There was also hair in the shower that I had to clean out before we could use it. Served the purpose for one night but wouldn’t stay longer than that.
