Ive stayed in a few places up here... they are all decent. Food is much better at the monarch, but ive never disappointed anywhere up here.

No customer service! Hotel was fine, room was clean and quiet. I am not a fan of Kiosk check in. Yes it was fairly easy but not once did we have interaction with a hotel employee. I wasn’t able to ask a question, we weren’t directed to our room, nothing! It felt like we were in an abandoned building. So obviously, no customer service.

No employee at check in. Long lines checking in through another hotel. Room keys not activated. Had to return to desk from the 11th floor to get new key.

We had to check in at a kiosk because there wasn't anybody at the desk. You have to swipe your card at the machine so you end up wondering exactly what the heck is going on.

Not the greatest… The front desk was closed and both kiosks were out of service for both check in and check out, had to walk all across the casino floor to the other hotel to check in. Room was clean but the sink and shower would not drain at all.
