Not happy that a 5150 patient was placed in my room and not told about and then my room was bombarded with people at 545 am to remove the lamps and dressers were pushed everywhere because they failed to take precautions almost 24hours later. My room was never foxed. They should have had the patient in her own room with a sitter. Had something had happened to myself due to your negligence that would of been a lawsuit. Staff was pleasant.
Horrible experience, they failed to provide details on what to expect upon my arrival. They sold me on the ideal that it was the right place to be. Received many phone calls selling me the ideal that it was the right place. Once I agreed to go, they provided transportation, I thought that was good. Now I realize that this is big business at its best . Like I said they failed to let me know what to expect upon my arrival. this place kicked me out at 2am because I still tested positive for opiates.
High turnover in staff and patients. 2 weeks was considered a long stay since the turnover right is so high, ended up with 4 separate roommates coming in/out in the 15 day stay. Sent home WITHOUT a treatment plan and given no resources for continued care. Complete communication breakdown and set up for failure. Be careful! They will tell you a lot of stuff on the phone at intake that simply isn’t true. Worst place ever cause felt like a prison and they are so rude and give u 3 smoke breaks a day knowing we are kicking one habit they want you to torture you buy taking cigarettes away too you are not allowed to look out your room and stay in there until they come check on u and sometimes they don't so super sucks

Was not what was expected. Was told with admissions over the phone I would be in treatment for a 30 day program. It turned out to only be a detox facility. I had been in treatment before and group material here was subpar at best. Yoga with Callie was fantastic & Ben’s art groups were fun/social/relieving from the other poorly run groups.
