When I left many of my things were not returned to me, including 2 pairs of my professional (I use them for my career) cutting shears valued around $3,000 for the pair. I have called at least 5 times about this. The first time I was told by the person from the facility on the phone that he might have seen them but every time I called back no one knew anything, was told that they would send an email out about it but I never received a call back. This is the worst facility ever stay clear from it. They only care about how much money they can make. I called up looking for a place to detox from medications. They told me they would help me wean off the medication. I did not see a doctor or counselor or therapist until I was there for five days and had detoxed on my own. The counselors, doctors and therapist at this facility are very dishonest. I don�t think there�s enough room from here to list all of the facilities weaknesses. Please review my notes from above. Workers were rude and they don't go over the cost thought it was in network. Didn't go over cost now I'm getting big bills would of went someplace else that I would of gotten counseling.
