AAC HOLDINGS FILED FOR CHAPTER 11 BANKRUPTCY ON JUNE 20th, 2020. THEY ARE STILL ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS. WHY WOULDNT THEY? THEY KNOW NO MATTER HOW BADLY THEY SCREW UP RIGHT NOW A PERSON CAN NOT ATTEMPT TO RECOVER FUNDS AAC WOULD NORMALLY HAVE TO REFUND OR PAY OUT IN A SETTLEMENT. i was injuird at this luguna treatment hospital and they ignored me all the way trough my stay. i was denied medications and told i could not go to urgent care . also not safe!
I stayed at the facility one night, my first day there I was given a room with no roommate than in about 10 minutes they added a roommate who was coming down from a meth run no clothes just the ones on his back, I told the intake person that I did not think this was safe since both on us had not been tested yet and by my age I was a at risk patient, they said do not worry its ok, at that point I asked to be moved, they did move me at a cost to me. Do not ever go here for treatment, I went here and was promised my own room, so when I arrived it was not at all what I was promised for treatment. I first was put in a room with two bed with no TV, also I had to ask for treatment for my detox. I never received my clothes because they needed to go through it and this is one of their requirements so I can understand that part of treatment but it was nothing that I was promised. my thoughts on is facility was so disappointing . Lied to by management and failed to provide facilities that were even close to what they advised and charged for.

This place is one of the most disorganized healthcare centers I have ever seen. Most of the staff are wonderful and kind, but they change rules sometimes on an hour by hour basis to whatever suits them at the moment. Whatever you do don’t believe the corporate hype they try to sell you when they are trying to get you into this place. 80% of it is untrue, and expect that they will lie to you. I believe that this facility sold itself to be something different than it actually was. I kind of felt that there was a bait and switch situation going on. Others had similar expectations as I did as they were told the same things I was about the place. It was very difficult to get things done. As a patient there it was my tenacity that helped move things along for my care. It took over a week to get my FMLA papers sent to my employer. This was after talking to the business office everyday.
