Efficiency and helpful I was greeted upon arrival and they got everything done in an efficient manner. The shuttle was extremely quick and easy and the driver was very friendly and helpful as well.
I needed a new. Lower motor Erica took care of my car immediately. Everything just fell into place. She is very informative and straight to the point. I have worked with her since I’ve had my car and always satisfied with Erica and Lakewood.

Warranty wirk Was busy so service was not as propmpt as promised but the job got done. I know it is a challenge to schedule service. Hope schedulung will work out better next time.

Another great experience!! This was my thirf purchase in 10 years and this staff has never disappointed me. Whether new or used their vehicles are top notch and the sales staff are always ready to answer any questions you might have.
Service was fast and very well done! I rate lake wood a 5 star. I was very satisfied with the recall and paint touchups on my 2011 equinox! All the staff is very nice, along with the shuttle driver! I only think I didn't really care for was the time it took for the shuttle to return to the dealership to pick us up. But it was right in the morning and didn't have one re served. But overall very catusied with my care!
Fast repairs and helpful suggestitions Got me back on the road quickly with good work done on vehicle. Helpful suggestions when changing from stock to aftermarket parts. Did all the negotiating with the insurance company.
