Quick, easy and no pressure I found a used car I wanted online that was at Lakewood Chevrolet. I had never been there before, but my husband and I went on a Saturday to check out the car I liked. Cashma greeted us right away, and I explain what we wanted. Within minutes he had the keys for us and we were off on a test drive. Cashma was friendly, knowledgeable and didn’t pressure us at all. It took me a few days to make my decision, but it all came together so easily!
Wonderful Dealerships This is the 5th vehicle that we purchased from Lakewood Chev. We have purchased both new and used vehicles with them. We service our vehicles there and appreciate their honesty and that they don't pressure you to buy or to repair with them once they make a quote. Their staff have always treated us with respect and cheerfulness.
Always great service This is my second Silverado from Lakewood. Vince was better then a salesman, he more acted like a friend. I will be going back to buy my next Silverado from Lakewood.
Disappointed everything went well except that They did not provide a shuttle back to dealership to pick up my car. I asked for a cab but they refused. When I arrived at the sales, I was told that they do provide but it all depends. This is not the kind of service I used to get.

Totally Satisfied. Needed a New Vehicle. Had an idea what I wanted. Pulled onto lot late Saturday just before closing. Met Salesman Joel and had Quick talk as it was near closing. Joel gave me a outline of offers of interests and option on the vehicle I was interested in. Said I would be back sometime the next week. Went back on Wednesday after work. Excellent Everyone there made the process as simple and as painless as possible. Anything that came up with insurance or the new vehicle, the response was we can take care of that or help you with that. Had previously bought a car at Sherwood park and everything about Lakewood was better in my experience.
