dead battery caused key etc. not working Fantastic service. My battery died and alarm went off when i tried to open car. called Erika at Lakewood and she told me it may that my car battery could be drained. Erika also gave more ideas eg. remote battery to be replaced. None of this worked but after getting battery boosted drove to Lakewood and they looked after me with new battery and programmed a new key for me to replace damaged one. All around amazing experience. Lakewood Chevrolet is hands down the best dealership I have ever dealt with. From the moment I stepped on the lot I felt zero pressure from any member of the staff.
