Totally Satisfied. Needed a New Vehicle. Had an idea what I wanted. Pulled onto lot late Saturday just before closing. Met Salesman Joel and had Quick talk as it was near closing. Joel gave me a outline of offers of interests and option on the vehicle I was interested in. Said I would be back sometime the next week. Went back on Wednesday after work. Excellent Everyone there made the process as simple and as painless as possible. Anything that came up with insurance or the new vehicle, the response was we can take care of that or help you with that. Had previously bought a car at Sherwood park and everything about Lakewood was better in my experience.

Great people to deal with! We just bought a 2018 Chevy Traverse and couldn't be happier with the service at Lakewood! The staff were so welcoming and even entertained my son while I was trying to finalize the details. Highly recommend Lakewood to everyone! Joel and Scott were both fantastic to work with!

Happy. Happy. Happy. So. Brought my car in because let me telllll you how sick of finding an axle that would fit I was.. so. Brought it in. Was fixed quick and got it back. Now I was a little skeptical and not going to lie... annoyed when I had to bring the car back on a tow truck the next day. Tracey in the body shop was extreme helpful . Too bad GM doesn't stand behind their vehicles....6 years old and has been in for several rust repairs, don't think I'll be buying another GM.
