Friendly knowledgeable staff From my salesman to the parts and maintenance department- have all been so friendly, knowledgeable and made the purchase, first oil change and even the “check engine light” easy to deal with. I had an issue in the cold weather with the engine light coming on and received an diagnostic email from Chevrolet to get my vehicle in for inspection. A Great Experience My car was having issues; just went there, service adviser told me to not to worry about my car and said we'll look for every problem on it; they gave me shuttle service and on next day Erikah Hygard phoned me and told me about the issue and how long it will take them to fix it; and she also guide me to get a rental car. At the end I got my car fixed on estimated time what I got from dealership. Overall had a great experience from staff and dealership.
Professional, honesty and caring. The staff were polite, professional and caring. They were understanding and listened to my inquiries. My vehicle was serviced and returned in time lines expressed. It appears to me all went to every effort to make the appointment great and I will return for more service in the future. It was refreshing to have the dealer interested in service of the vehicle and not in the show me your $$.
Fantastic Experience I had a great experience at this dealership. The used car department were friendly and quick to help out. Finance was fast and easy to deal with. Any issues with my truck purchase were handled promptly and not once did I feel inconvenienced. Five stars!
