Excellent service All the staff were very friendly. We are happy with our new vehicle so far. Carmen took the time to show us everything in the vehicle.
I am a skeptic or should I say was! I was trying to get a wiper part for my express van from Canadian tire, part source, bumper to bumper just to avoid going to a dealership. I try avoiding dealerships as much as possible. I was “forced” to go to a dealership because no one else had the part I needed. As it turns out the dealership never had the part either. Friendly folks all around. Don’t look elsewhere. Traded in my 2015 Silverado for a brand new 2018 Silverado. Did wonders so I’m paying for more truck, rather interest from my 2015 Silverado purchase which was still a great deal at the time too. Excellent customer service.. Just went to get maintenance done on my truck, Dwayne was very helpful and eager to get me a ride where I needed to go and the driver Floyd was very cautious and professional while driving on a day with horrible weather and road conditions. Great service on short notice. Transmission cooler line was leaking. Took me in the same day to make repairs. Provided lift to and from work. Service manager came and looked at problem
