Repaired brakes. Installed new headlight bulb. Repaired broken broken right front brake caliber and repaired both brakes. Installed new left front headlight bulb. I was very anxious about the cost of repairs as I am a senior on a fixed income. Erika was very understanding and supportive.
Always a great experience at Lakewood I had a problem with my 2012 Chevy avalanche and Erika helped me get my vehicle in quickly and have it taken care of that day. Thank you!!
Buying a vehicle made painless No pressure sales staff. They really wanted me in the right car for me. When it got to the bargaining table, they were honest and didn't pressure us into buying something we didn't like. I would definitely buy another vehicle from lakewood.
Low pressure environment and friendly staff I started going to Lakewood to take care of my brothers car while he was away. I had always had poor experiences going to dealerships in the past so I wasn't looking forward to it. The service staff were excellent, explained and double checked what my brothers car was in for and answered all my questions. I am a skeptic or should I say was! I was trying to get a wiper part for my express van from Canadian tire, part source, bumper to bumper just to avoid going to a dealership. I try avoiding dealerships as much as possible. I was “forced” to go to a dealership because no one else had the part I needed. As it turns out the dealership never had the part either. Friendly folks all around. Don’t look elsewhere. Traded in my 2015 Silverado for a brand new 2018 Silverado.
