Great service on short notice. Transmission cooler line was leaking. Took me in the same day to make repairs. Provided lift to and from work. Service manager came and looked at problem

Very professional staff Recently I purchased a new Equinox from Lakewood. Everyone at this dealership is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. This is the second vehicle I've purchased from Lakewood in the last two years, and I've been very pleased with both deals and vehicles. I expect I'll go back there for another one sometime.

Great Dealership They are not pushy, they understand the concept of a budget, gave us a great deal on our Chevy Sonic. Extended Warranties and Coverage Packages. Extremely disappointed in the costs of both Protection and Extended Warranty Packages. In my opinion, this made a very positive experience a negative one WRT my overall assessment. With little movement on the MSRP, I was expecting far more flexibility within these coverage's.
