Head gasket leak repaired on warranty. Lakewood was very thorough on the repair and all is well with truck. It took a number of days for the repair so Lakewood offered a rental for the inconvenience. The only thing wrong was I was not updated during repair.
Good people & a good deal. All the friendly sales staff know their products, they explained things carefully and answered all our questions. Product selection is excellent. I’ve dealt here before and will again. service department is outstanding.
Truly a GREAT Experience My salesman, Bill, was awesome. He told me what I needed to know and didn’t go on and on about the little stuff (which we appreciated as we had our infant with us). He also listened to the “must haves” and found the vehicle that met all my criteria. One thing I must say that really made my shopping experience great was that he talked to me, and not my boyfriend.
