Oil change, air in tires, diamond coating on bumper and lift Work was done quickly. The whole car was washed, not just the back bumper and liftgate which was the area to be diamond coated. I was very pleased to see they had washed the whole car. They always remember to reset the “oil used” setting to 100% which some places forget. Happy with the service I received.
Good experience I i would like to say i had no complaints everyone was very nice and my overall experience was way better than when i took my car into capital.
The service crew did my oil change in a very timely manner While we enjoyed a delicious coffee in the lounge they changed our oil and checked things out for us in a timely manner while we waited.
Front End Body Repair On December 22, 2017, we hit a deer on our way home from Edmonton. We have "On Star" in our 2012 Chevrolet Silverado LTZ 1500, the police were called. Body repair As always my experience with Lakewood was very pleasant. I had my Escalade in for a minor body repair. Rob in the Bodyshop took care of me and my experience was quick and professional. I would recommend Lakewood for anything from your new or used car purchase, service or body work.
Linda was great to deal with. No pressure sales tactics! If you want a no pressure buying experience then go see Linda and her team. Manita in finance was also awesome to deal with, she couldn’t have been more helpful. Overall a great experience!
Awesome I hit a deer with my truck. Tracy took care of everything for me! Rental truck, insurance agent, etc. All I did was drop the truck off and pick it up.
