Battery change The service is always quick and honest, I feel like family when I’m there. The breezeway is always clean. I will continue to service my vehicle here even though it’s on the other side of the city.
Extremely satisfied Was greater in a timely and courteous fashion. Explained what will happen. Taken to waiting room for coffee. Work done was explained in a courteous manner. Work done in a reasonable time frame.
suck fluid out of radiator reservoir I did something stupid - I accidentally put windshield washer fluid in my radiator reservoir. I took my Traverse to Lakewood and they did not make me feel stupid at all. They fixed my error and sent me on my way with a smile on my face. They are fantastic there. My father bought his last couple of cars there, prior to that it was a differently GMC dealer but he went back to Lakewood for any work to be done. Great dealership I had a great experience at Lakewood Chevrolet. All of the staff were friendly, helpful and attended to me quickly. Ended up with a great car at a great price. I will definitely recommend your dealership to friends and family looking for a car in the future. Other dealerships I went to earlier that day either ignored me completely or didn't provide nearly as good of an experience.
Great experience James was very friendly and helpful. I had a small amount of damage on my bumper from debris on the highway. He took pictures and followed up with autobody for me. Of course, service was punctual as always.
Excellent Dealership It is the the fourth vehicle I had the opportunity to purchase from Lakewood. Received fantastic service from Management and Sales Staff, in this case Vince Morrison. Service department is one of the best I dealt with over the years, especially Erika.

Service Department is the best I have dealt with Erika in the service department for 8 years. She has always dealt with me honestly and took interest in my vehicles maintenance. I find all the staff to be friendly and genuine in their dealings with all of their customers.
