The champion dealership. 7 Star organization! Bought another Silverado from Lakewood Chevrolet and dealt with Josh Parra, Manita Bains, and Dan Bass. My wife and I were treated extremely well and EVERYTHING was taken care of. All we had to do was show up and drive away in an immaculate truck. Awesome service I was having issues with my gmc 17 2500 diesel and was having no luck with dealer where purchased. After calling Lakewood not only were the staff (service) knowledgeable but they got my truck in, fixed issues and answered any questions I had over the Christmas holidays..very very impressed and next purchase will definitely be from Lakewood just on the service factor... when I buy a truck I’d like to know there is a great after purchase backup, and Lakewood really showed me they are there for any issues. All the managers answered any questions, and when my papers werent ready at delivery thet sent me with my vehicle and a manager delivered them to my home same night.. talk about service!
Curtis was very professional to deal with. He remembered my name when I came in a couple weeks after purchase and was insistent on assisting us with our concerns.
