Best service in Edmonton I just moved here from Miami and finding a dealer that can service my 2016 GMC Canyon Diesel was pretty hard. I tried two other dealers for service , (very close to Lakelwood);but they had problems reading my GMC warranty because my truck was from the "States". Whatever that means. Excellent service and very happy with our purchasew We purchased our second vehicle from Lakewood and once again the service was great. They gave a us "space" to choose our vehicle in a pressure free environment. The finance department was super friendly and fast. Erin set everything up so we spent minimal time completing paper work. New purchase. Exceptional sales staff and relaxed stress free finance department. Great purchase experience. Both Josh and Erin were excellent. They always kept up to date status on the vehicles arrival time and worked around my schedule for pick up. Erin was fantastic at explaining finance options to me. 100 % Happy Customer Sales people were all very welcoming and seemed happy to be there. At no point was I rushed or pressured into anything and I felt the sales person was very upfront. 2017 Tahoe Why did I give a 5 star rating? Simple...... What could have been stressful wasn't because of the excellent staff from Sales Manager Jim Bell, Sales Associate Cole and Finance Manager Erin Healy. They all went out of their way to make buying my new Tahoe a great experience!
