Oil change while waiting ... excellent. Went in for an oil change. In addition tires were checked for wear to make a recommendation for rotation. (Not needed by the way). Vehicle returned in a timely manner, inspection reviewed before given the keys. Professional as always. Cheers
Regular Service for Oil Change and Tire Rotation I had made my Appointment a week in advance for an Oil, Lub, Filter and Rotation of my tires. At arrival, I was told that my vehicle was second in line for service and that it would take about 1 1/2 hours. So I decided to wait at the dealership for this to be done. I arrived at 9:05 AM for a 9:15 AM appointment. I finally got my vehicle checked out at 12:15 PM, which is a 3 hour wait. Oil Change and Winter Tire Installation I made an appointment 10 days in advance for an oil change and get winter tires installed (Stored by the delaership) since I was coming from out of town. I informed Dan so he would be aware of this and that I would be waiting for my car. When I arrived for my appointment, Dan informed me that they could do the oil change but would not be able to installed the tires since they are still on the other side of town.. Great experience, friendly and very knowlegable staff. Quick service as advised by James Lpgozar, my service adviser. The technicians found a few additonal maintenance items that needed to be completed, so at 0900 while I was waiting in the showroom, James suggested that I take a service loaner vehicle as the extra repairs would require more time to complete as I had a luncheon meeting at 1130 that I did not want to miss.
