Amazing Had an Impala for 13 years so knew I wanted to stick with Chevrolet, walked onto the lot looking for another Impala, came off with a Malibu.
Exceptional Service Had some service messages to look after. Took it to the dealership I bought the vehicle from but they were unable to spare someone to help with the issue. Went just down the street to Lakewood. Talked to a service adviser (Dan I believe) told me the issues as I needed to know if the vehicle was safe to drive. Came back the next day. Dwayne looked after me as did Doug. I appreciate the exceptional service

Great people, make a great dealership! I was looking for a new truck and when I meet the folks at Lakewood I knew I was gonna buy one with them. They made me feel welcome and didn’t put any pressure on me to make a quick decision. I ended up ordering a truck and the process was very easy. Truck came on time and as we had discussed. Outstanding customer service We knew what we wanted and listed detailed specs, however were not in a big rush to purchase. We had been looking for our next vehicle for almost 3 months. Our salesperson Carmen stayed in touch whenever something came in that she thought matched our criteria. She never pressured us into something different or out of our price range. Once we drove off the lot we we're very satisfied with the customer service from Carmen in sales and from Tammy in finance.. Thank you !
